Classmates

We are the class of '74!

"I think if I've learned anything about friendship, it's to hang in, stay connected, fight for them, and let them fight for you. Don't walk away, don't be distracted, don't be too busy or tired, don't take them for granted. Friends are part of the glue that holds life and faith together. Powerful stuff."

What have you been up to the last 50 years? Catch us up by submitting your profile.

Click the "Add Your Profile" link below. Please complete/update all the fields (especially how far you've traveled and how far you will travel to the reunion). Your responses may be used for a prize at the Reunion. There are only two questions that are public information:
1. What do you remember most about high school?
2. What is the greatest impact you have had, as you colored your world?

When you are done, take a few minutes to look at each of the tabs on the left.

Where is the farthest you have traveled?: Hawaii
What job/career did you plan to have and what job/career did you have?: Didn't really have my sights on a career choice until after college when I was hired by a wholesale distributor of building materials, focusing on engineered wood products (EWP). We were instrumental in building the Minnesota and Western Wisconsin market to one of the best in the nation. EWP was in its infancy in the early 70's, so it was a lot of fun growing a company which was very successful in this endeavor.

What will classmates remember most about you?: I hope nothing too terrible!
What do you remember most about high school?: It was a lot of fun playing in the band at sporting events, the highlight being the 1973 state basketball championship. We had a lot of successful teams and some really gifted athletes. I had a great respect for the school staff, particularly Art Dussl, who ran a tight ship. Remember needing hall passes?
